Sun PDF Import Extension

Sun PDF Import Extension is a plugin for OpenOffice that allows you to modify a PDF document in a very basic way.

Editing is done through OpenOffice's draw tool. Just select the text box you want to modify and change the content. The same goes for any graphics or images on the document. When you’re done, save the output to a PDF file using the 'Export as PDF' from the file menu on OpenOffice

So far, you can only use Sun PDF Import Extension to make small and basic changes to your documents.
